Flag Football Rules
Game Overview
The WEB Game Rules American Flag Football League consists of a 60-minute game played over four 15-minute quarters. WEB NFL FLAG football rules allow up to 10 players total per team. To accommodate a smaller team size, a flag football field is shorter than a typical football field. According to the official USA Flag flag football rulebook, all current rules governing the playing of flag football that are in effect for the 2023-2024 season are included.

Official Rules for Tournament Play
The rules used at USA Football sanctioned events, including Qualifiers and The One Flag Championship, are as follows:
- A tournament must be sanctioned and have a minimum of 8 teams to be eligible for The One Flag Championship.
- Teams must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their first game.
- Games will be played on a 40-yard field.
- Each team will have 10 players on the field.
- The game will be played in 15-minute quarters.
- The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.
